St Peter walks
The site lies within the Grantham Conservation Area as designated in January 1970 and appraised and amended in June 2009. Grantham is a market town, lying some 24 miles south-southwest of Lincoln, along the course of the river Witham. The town dates back to its foundation circa 400-600AD; thus meaning a variety of building types and areas of special historic interest are present within the town today.
Today, Grantham is an important sub-regional centre, providing a range of key services such as employment, shopping, education and leisure for the surrounding South West Lincolnshire areas.
